when i feel this way, unless its really bad, i chug a monster ( ik not the healthiest option ) and go -- being outside with friends brings up my energy so i dont feel as awful anymore, and often have a good time :) this applies to walks and stuff too
if its bad but not that bad, try to get ready and go out, weaponise sunken cost fallacy against yourself, and if u cant do it, simply go back home and use option 3
if its really bad, however, just tell ur friends ur feeling ill or drained and have to cancel plans for the sake of ur own health

good luck 🤎 being low energy isnt anything shameful, i often just push myself up cuz at the end i feel better
do whatever feels right understanding the "why" and if pushing urself is not on the table, take an "off day" and cancel plans gently
i must ask though - whats causing u to be low energy ? if its burnout or stress, id definitely take the last option
