when i feel this way, unless its really bad, i chug a monster ( ik not the healthiest option ) and go -- being outside with friends brings up my energy so i dont feel as awful anymore, and often have a good time :) this applies to walks and stuff too

if its really bad, however, just tell ur friends ur feeling ill or drained and have to cancel plans for the sake of ur own health

do whatever feels right understanding the "why" and if pushing urself is not on the table, take an "off day" and cancel plans gently

i must ask though - whats causing u to be low energy ? if its burnout or stress, id definitely take the last option
