Terms of Use
Ari-web is a personal project providing private services primarily to friends and select individuals. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. By using Ari-web's services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

# User Eligibility
Users must be at least sixteen years old (16+) to access or use any Ari-web services to comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If you are under this age, please do not use the services.
# Community Standards
Users must respect the following standards to maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful environment:
- Abide by International, Lithuanian, and German laws.
- Maintain a healthy environment.
- Uphold human decency, which includes:
- Tolerance;
- Ensuring non-discrimination. This covers racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, xenophobia, fatphobia, and other negative attitudes;
- Avoiding the spread of misinformation and disinformation;
- Being responsible and accountable for your actions;
- Prohibiting the spread of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), which includes forms such as Lolicon and Shotacon. Additionally, avoid any discussions that might imply a positive view of CSAM or related content;
- Respecting others;
- Adhering to other generally accepted norms of behaviour.
- Do not share anyone's (not even yours, please!) personal and/or sensitive information.
- Do not engage in activities that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- No spam.
- No harassment or stalking. Engaging in harassment or stalking of others is strictly prohibited.
- Avoid harmful behaviours and do not partake in actions that could harm individuals, jurisdictions, systems, or alike.
- Do not send sexually explicit, suggestive messages or content.
- Follow admin guidelines - any behaviour deemed abusive by the administrators will be considered a violation of these guidelines.
Violations of these standards may result in warning(s), temporary or permanent suspension, temporary or permanent ban, and/or reporting to authorities.
# User Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the services respectfully, protecting your own privacy and security, and complying with these Terms of Use.
You acknowledge that Ari-web is a personal project without formal guarantees and that you use the services at your own risk, and understand our whole legal framework.
# Accounts and Content
If using services requiring registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree not to upload or share content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Ari-web reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these standards or pose a risk to the community or service.
# Termination
Ari-web may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or abusive conduct without prior notice.
# Governing Law
This Terms of Use and all related agreements shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. In case of court disputes, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through negotiation or mediation before considering any legal action in the courts of Lithuania.
# Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated over time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You are responsible for keeping yourself up to date with these terms.
