Remove `feed:` URI scheme usage from the site

While talking about the `feed:` URI scheme I looked at the official IANA documents for URI schemes, and noticed how despite it being 20 years old now, it is STILL a provisional scheme, which triggered me to go to the Wikipedia article for it. Turns out, the work regarding its integeration has been essentially frozen since 2011, so it is not worth using it, despite plenty of indie sites still using it :/

Migrate RSS feed to database, add pages
I want to preserve RSS feed history, therefore I have turned it into a database stored thing, not a filesystem storage :) ... might do the same with statuses

We began aggressively IP banning bots that are trying to train toasters to speak. Fuck them toaster chatbots and their parent companies. So far we've banned over 5000 IP addresses in matters of half an hour.

Bots trying to train toasters to speak and other painful crawlers are using 10x the traffic than usual and have been for the past few days. We are aware of this issue and performance considerations. We are banning IPs and strengthening our firewall rules - your data, access, and alike shouldn't be affected, may be just a little slower than usual :)
